Position Overview: We are seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented independent contractor Professional Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess impeccable time management skills, outstanding customer service abilities, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to maintain the highest cleaning standards for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in various settings.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, paying close attention to detail.
- Handle specialized cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning agents safely and effectively.
Time Management:
- Efficiently manage time to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
- Prioritize tasks based on client needs and urgency.
- Adapt to changing schedules or client requests with flexibility and professionalism.
Customer Service:
- Interact courteously and professionally with clients, addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
- Communicate effectively to understand and meet client expectations.
Communication:
- Maintain clear and open communication with team members and supervisors.
- Report any issues, damages, or maintenance needs promptly.
- Document tasks completed and any client feedback as required.

Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional cleaning experience in residential or commercial settings.
Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence in cleaning.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning agents safely.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to various client locations within the Columbus area.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Manage and maintain your own cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to pass a background check.
